Is detachment the same as non-attachment? Does detachment leave us emotionally numb or alienated from the attachment or the object of attachment?
The ultimate physical repository for beliefs is our body. All "good", "bad", and "neutral" beliefs are held indiscriminately by our body. Else wise we wouldn't have good, bad, or neutral body memories.
For many years I denied that my body was hanging on to grief of childhood sexual abuse I barely remember (only remember fragments, and through flashbacks etc). A colleague, close friend, and soul partner offered help through a homeopathic formula in November 2019. I took/take it and have been detoxing from grief since.
My next non fiction book will be about the experience with miracles and horrendous experiences too.
