is my friend. Friction is an opportunity to create energy - aka light, aka love. The opportunity is always the friction. Friction is the battle between "Yes" and "No" for example. When I experience friction I drop into my witness - my compassionate, neutral witness within. The witness is the reconciler within me. (This is part of a longer discussion/exposition.)
