It could be that nadis and latifas are the same. The four latifas I learned about were located at the base of the throat, at the heart, the liver, and the spleen.

The throat "accept/obey" is with me now as I surrendered my self/ego so that Divine Will from my Higher Self could enter and express him/her/it self through me. It transformed me when I was 30 years old.
