It is scarcely possible to hold two ideas in our heads at the same time. We humans are associative thinkers. We associate one idea with the next idea. But it is nearly impossible to hold two ideas in our head simultaneously. I was under the illusion that it could be done until someone pointed out that I was switching between two ideas and not holding them together.

Once during a meditative practice I held three ideas for less than a nano-second. From a Being perspective light and darkness is included as One. There is no language for the nature of Being. As a world wide culture we are entrenched with doing not being... anyway - I am running with tangents with poor sleep last night. I apologize if this has been off topic - too much.
