It's a plot - I tell ya. The dumbing down of - well everybody. If most people are dumb or worse - stupid then the few smart people - the elite have an easier time of controlling everyone else.

Oh and the other thing. Let's make everyone safe from... fill in the blank. I definitely have the cranky old guy syndrome or it could be a blessing in disguise.
