I've come to the conclusion that billions of people will die due to the climate crisis and maybe a million people or so will survive.
Modern civilization, cities, electricity will be gone. Food will be a problem until the ground /climate will be suitable for growing crops.
If a million people do survive world wide - predatory capitalism will be gone, dust - the patriarchy gone to.
That doesn't mean I haven't changed my life. I'm driving less if at all, using less stuff etc. I don't care if it isn't enough to put a dent in stopping the climate crisis, am doing it anyway.
The COVID19 crisis will be nothing compared to what's coming in terms of a lethal virus. I'm working on letting go of my attachment to the suffering while working with people in terror and who are suffering when I can.
