Exercise is my downfall due to arthritic pain. Sometimes when I walk the pain increases to an unbearable level. Resting helps some. Sometimes pushing through the pain helps other times its worse. Working on it.
A good night's sleep is helpful too.
Changed my lifestyle to mostly vegan and since 2019 I've lost 90 pounds. As of January am off sugar, though I did slip yesterday with a teaspoon of fig and walnut butter on toast.
