Most everybody tries to attack anxiety with direct approaches. Here are three indirect approaches in both understanding the richness of anxiety and how to play with it:

1. Treat your anxiety as if it were a person residing within. Open a dialogue with Anxiety. Thank it for coming to your aid. Ask it what it expects. I bet you can come up with more questions. Of course there is a part of you coming up with answers to your self-questioning as you imagine yourself as your emotional state - Anxiety. That's okay. It's part of the play.

2. Before trying to remedy anxiety with a specific solution - such as your 13 bullet points Alberto, meditate on Anxiety from a deep place while holding him/her/them intact to discover Anxiety's deepest motivation. This will take some practice.

3. If you know what your anxious about see if you can tolerate feeling anxious. You probably won't need to feel anxious very long in this time-sensitive anxiety frame. This however, takes practice. The reward is a greater tolerance for Anxiety and you may even find it diminishing because you tolerated it - "x" amount of times.
