Multiple Personality Disorder is now called Dissociative Identity Disorder.

I watched Paladin and Leave to Beaver as a kid. I saw "Pleasantville" too (great film BTW). The parameters of your diagnostic criteria does not have enough evidence to call Paladin's character a MPD or a DID. Multiple Personality consists of blackouts and having separate personalities that have no awareness of one another based on one heinous traumatic event or a series of heinous traumatic events - usually in childhood.

Paladin could be a Narcissist.
