Nice explanation of 3rd eye openers. Headaches are sometimes "download headaches" when massive amounts of information floods in all at once - too much for even those with higher vibrational states in flow. When that happens it takes days, weeks and sometimes months to assimilate the data that has come in. Fortunately the headaches only last a few hours - 6 at most (so far for me).

The higher consciousness states comes in waves - though because we are living in highly acceralerated times the waves come every 30 minutes instead of once a year or every 6 to 3 months.

My third eye opened after I did a inner Gurdjieff "Morning Exercise" for 18 months in 1983. Its been open since then.
