In over 45 years of engaging in the Gurdijeff Work I was encouraged by my teachers to confront the uncomfortable. I have never found it easy.

While many people unfriend social media "friends" for minor slights I cultivate a space for "friends" that are and have been highly critical of me and my writings. My inner guidance tells me: "you have much to learn from them about yourself and your relationship with them and others."
