Of course the knowing you are writing about belongs to ego and linear time-space.

There is the knowing that transcends ego and is grounded in Being.

Doing belongs to ego. Ego is content

Being holds ego and all. Being is context.

The Four Sources described by J. G. Bennett, Mathematician and Mystic are:

1. Learning

2. Struggle

3. Sacrifice or in modern nomenclature - Surrender

4. Help

In this way sacred space is made in surrendering ego for Being and then move into the mystic.

Two interesting side notes: Spirituality cannot be explained. It cannot be divided into pieces and sold off.

According to the Vedic Yugas greed, divisiveness, money and the Uoruboros of more we are in the end of the Ascending Kali Yuga (the opposite of which is the Satya Yuga when humans had no ego, no written or spoken language - communication was through empathy and telepathy. There was no crime, no prisons, police. There was no need for agriculture, food was readily available for picking of plants and trees. Death of the physical body was a choice. That was 18,000 years ago. It will come again)
