People let money stop themselves from doing what they want.

That's why retirement is the ultimate in delayed gratification that mostly doesn't pan out.

Besides based on the track record of most America we love to work. Many don't work so - retirement.

If we don't let money stand in the way of happiness; just decide "I have enough", apply creativity and start what you want to do in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and so on then the adventure begins.

"I wait until I retire to do what I want," I've heard many people say.

Retirement is part of a capitalistic and patriarchal system (once built on fairness) that is a trap based on an illusory future.

Do what you want, and don't quit your day job in the beginning until you decide you have enough money, then quit and prepare to soar...

I did it and I love the work. I am successful and happy.
