Traditionally any Mars/Venus shared angles create the love/chemistry bond. As far as soulmates go, 2 shared Fingers of God or Yods indicate soulmate connects. Soulmate connects fall into 2 categories - Karmic and Twin-Flame (I've seen two and they never work despite the hype).
