Since my wake-up time is ordinarily between 5 and 6am I doubt getting not going back to sleep after 4:45 am would work for me. I will keep the information just in case.

My landlord lives about 55 feet or about 17 meters behind me and when I pee I can hear water running between 2 and 4 am. I surmise that they are peeing.

I have done some dowsing so I know about leylines. But I do know that when I get up to pee I really have to go. My PCP has said its not my prostate that's the problem. But there is a problem. I am 71 so there's that.
