Suffering at the hands of one human being over another is heartbreaking. Feeling helpless is a first step. Compassion and love for those suffering under the hand of violence be the victims or perpetrators is another step.

We are so used to doing in our lives there may be little time for being. The Elohim is a group being that helps me to bring being consciousness and being love and compassion to nurture those who are suffering. There is no need to do, unless the doing includes all those that suffer in the healing balm of soothing love and compassion.
