Thanks for your input. I am aware of valerian root and chamomile teas. I'm allergic to valerian root, I do take chamomile capsules at night. I eat a small bit of a banana (naturally occurring tryptophan). Tea before bed interferes with sleep through the night. Or liquids between 5pm and bed time I have limited based on research.

I've changed my dinner time between 4-5 pm and go to bed by 9:30 pm. The sleep problem is physiologically based - on two physiological issues which interact with each other.
