That was then, this is now - back when I wrote this almost a year I was struggling to get more sleep. The one thing that sleep deprivation has done for me - reduces ego or self function so that it's easier to go into trance to do healing work with clients.
I now get about 7 to 8 hours sleep at night, sometimes 6 and 5 but that's the exception. Before when I was sleeping 4-5 hours,6 hours was a Godsend. Now when I sleep six hours I'm wiped out by 1 pm. Napping doesn't work for me 'cause then I can't sleep at night. And since I quit all caffeine a couple of years ago I have to use will to stay awake until my body says go to sleep. TMI?
