The literature on brain-heart coherence seems to occupy itself with the physical functions of each organ. If that's what you mean by brain and heart coherence the answer is no.

The heart chakra is a vortex of energy created by the heart and is a higher octave of the emotional function of the heart. The only emotion the heart chakra produces is love. Our mind delineates love to other positive and negative (based on love's opposite - fear) emotions and names these emotions based on how we think.

Blending heart and third eye energy allows empathy and some forms of intuition to blend with "seeing" and other forms of direct knowledge adding depth and texture.
