The nature of language, ego, science and religion is understanding through reductionism. Beings such as God, Consciousness, Reality and a process like Evolution must be scaled down in an attempt to comprehend it.

Humans have a tendency to anthropomorphize God into a semi-human shape (and human personality) to understand its motivation. Inquiry into mystery ends in Ourboros or the snake that eats its own tail (destruction and rebirth}. This is an almost laughable phenomena because its an attempt to chip off a piece of mystery in order to define. It is a contradiction that destroys mystery.

Processes such as enlightenment, a shaman's initiation, breaking one's personality or ego through sacred medicine work allows the self to transcend ordinary visible reality into the greater consciousness.

In the return to the ordinary, words are wholly inadequate at best or totally useless.
