There is a larger context from the Yugas — Hindu in origin. Of late there have been mathematical corrections to the original calculations of the Yuga cycles. Latest math reports that we are in the end times of the Ascending Kali Yuga ending in 2025 AD followed by a cusp or buffer period of 300 years. The Ascending Kali Yuga is a time of divisiveness, polar opposite divisions, either/or thinking and so on. We need only look at the world around us to see such evidence. Kali is the goddess of destruction to bring new life.
