There is a method for cleansing spaces, houses, barns, and other enclosures. Even if you don't have a ghost you could try the method. IMO you do have a ghost that followed you home. A woman.

I used to do clearing/cleansing/healing of ghosts in various locales in and around a 60 mile radius of the North Bay of San Francisco - wine country. I don't do them anymore because people can do them for themselves following the method.

It doesn't matter whether you believe or not. If you follow the method your house will feel better and you will have helped any trapped spirits to go to the afterlife.
