There is no guidance on how to do it. At least not specifically.

What I do, or try to do is follow a neutral path. Meditate every day. But I don't meditate to feel peaceful, reduce stress. or for anything that belongs to the world of things. I meditate to help support my witness self - the neutrality of being.

The Dali Lama said of anger - that anger at injustice is okay as long as that injustice exists.

Most people equate anger as the rise of cortical adrenal responses aka out-of-control acting out of anger. Anger can serve a useful purpose when not expressed from an out-of-control acting-out space. This is something I struggle with. And fail at - on a thought level often. Especially when I think of Trump for example. lol. And failure with thoughts about him. I erase those thoughts if I can.

Perhaps an article on what to do about angry, vengeful thoughts?
