This is a trend with all businesses. My Dad complained about this in the late 'late 70s. Men's clothing manufacturers began the change styles of clothing as rapidly as women's clothing in an effort to make more money.

Change for change sake has become the template for all businesses because it's about change for change sake - in the name of making it better. Most people have been trained for the constant change so that an expectation is built in for the change to continue whether it is an apt service or not.

I haven't liked it for many years. But there you are. For me its an opportunity to deal with another "dislike".
