To add: we are living in the yoke of a white male vertical hierarchical patriarchy whose main job is to dominate women / people of color, working people all in a variety of forms of slavery. This makes us all slaves because we participate in this system without our full cognizance.

What the dominating power possessors don't get is that they are slaves too, by reciprocal action. Women are the leaders of men because they are the liberators - freeing us all from this upside-down system. They are wise, strong and powerful through presence and not-power over dynamics.
