As an interdimensional healer I have been feeling and "seeing" the changes for some years.

For instance I have been "seeing" how attachment tears hole is the EMF (aura) around my body and how love - as a substance heals the holes.

We all are already evolved and now its about peeling away or dissolving the illusions that get in the way of our own light.
