What mainstream Republicans and Democrats don’t get (for the most part) is that Americans thrown out of work due to the pandemic are HURTING, no money for rent or mortgages means evictions and homelessness, not enough money for food. These are the working people that are the backbone of the economic strength of America.

They have been neglected over the years and have to work more to gain less have now been abandoned by Dems and Repubs with some notable exceptions. It’s no wonder that many Americans turned to con-man Trump of 2016 with populist promises that turned out to be lies.

We, they, are fed up with “normal” mainstream politics as usual because it’s not democracy, unless you have millions of dollars.
