When I transcend my smaller self, my little ego, and spread out with feelings of contained love until the fields of containment dissolve then something wonderful happens. The love that is light that was contained unites with the love that has never been destroyed. It is then that the two frequencies of love unite and love without conditions is felt.

I feel it, and you can feel it too.

Though I have been grieving my past of of childhood abuse - I am not that abuse. I am not that "I"

The small "I" is held by eternal Being. Being embraces all of space-time and I am okay even when I feel sad, am grieving or ecstatically joyous. They are emotions that come and go.

When Being is experienced in the large and the smaller me it is the love of consciousness that frees me from identities emotions and I know that I am okay.
