When the pandemic hit I stopped buying processed frozen organic meals, I stopped snacking after 5 pm ate a light dinner (steamed string beans without condiments) , a snack of fruit or a cracker with vegan cheese, and dinner for breakfast of steamed veggies, brown rice and a banana. I lost a lot of weight.

Earlier this month I cut my salt intake by 80% and I'm closing in on my target weight. I exercise three to five days a week depending on sleep and weather.

Poor sleep due to two medical conditions colliding with each other.
