While I applaud and agree with much of what you have written about intuition, (I have utilized intuition, deep awarenesses, and expanded consciousness in my avocation as a healer) you seem fall prey to binary and oppositional patriarchal thinking when making intellect less than. You're not alone, many people who discover intuition's seeming magic want to throw out intellect as a worn-out facility.

Why not make intellect an ally? You used your intellect to structure and write an article about intuition. Yes? If you agree, then are you not burying the uses of intellect as an equal of intuition with different functions?

In my work and life intellect is my translator and interpreter of intuitive states. It is much slower than intuition. Intuition is not always correct. This happens when there are bonds of closeness or intimacy that stand in the way of intuition functioning the way it ordinarily does.
