You are correct - enlightenment is on a continuum. However enlightenment is not about achievement. Achievement belongs to the ego world. I do like your striving in the world as elucidated in your articles.

You are already enlightened. The state is awaiting discovery at the core of your being. The process of awareness of the enlightened state is about peeling away attachments to the illusions or shadows that stand in the way of our own light.

I do have some light. But I am far from enlightenment. On the other side of this slugfest through cellualr grief I catch glimpses of the love, joy, compassion and the light the illuminate - all and everything. It is then the work becomes much more difficult.
