You seem to misunderstand me. While a stimulus relief package like the last one of $1,200 is a good idea and has been passed several times by House Dems its just the tip of the iceberg as to what is needed — as in a living raise or at the very least raising the minimum raise.

Government works tediously slow when it comes to change in this era of divisiveness. I voted for Biden. I believe he and other mainstream Dems have been influenced by the progressive wing of the party and that influence must continue for real change.

In the meantime a stimulus package with relief checks for many of us would be great. I support that change if even for the short term even by moderate Dems.

However by supporting moderate / mainstream Dems I also include support for the progressives too.
