The core of my being is the light that runs along my pranic tube aka that runs along my spine. Essence is another world for core of my being. Most people never work on essence. Essence is eternal in the present moment. Once worked on - continuously it becomes immortal when the soul is completed by efforts made to coat it with light. Once the soul;s body is completely coated with light I (we) won't have to come back here anymore.
