The Green Man, he thought from within his slumber.

“I search for the Green Man,” he whispered upon awakening. The power and strength of his muscles were returning. He dozed. He dreamed of the Diva and her crystal, all that light inside his head.

He awoke to a soft golden glow inside the pod. The Diva sat opposite him, cross-legged in a chair. He gazed at her with a soft blurred mind.

“Is your desire to serve me with your brilliant mind?” It was a question with only one answer.

“Yes. You know that it is.” He feigned a docile demeanor.
